The Men’s 1s endured their heaviest defeat of the season, losing 8-2 away to Long Sutton.
The hosts flew out of traps and stunned Saints with two goals in the first three minutes.
Despite only being one place higher than Saints in second, Long Sutton dominated possession and were soon four goals up.
Saints came from four goals down last week to win and had a glimmer of hope when Harry Pybus scored.
Long Sutton applied further pressure and went 6-1 up, before Mike Hornby got another goal back for Saints going into the break.
The second half was closer, with Saints getting a few more opportunities, but the hosts scored twice more to complete the emphatic win.
The Women’s 1s remain top of the league but had their lead cut following a 1-1 draw against Cambridge University 3s.
Uni opened the scoring and kept the pressure on Saints using their substitutes well the keep their players fresh.
Despite injuries and illnesses, Saints kept working at it and were eventually rewarded when Marie Quintilla found the equaliser.
The Men’s 2s secured the only win for the club, hammering Cambridge South 5 6-0.
Josh Gardner opened the scoring for Saints before James Findlay doubled the lead.
Jake French and Chris Mailes both picked up a brace to complete the victory and help continue their promotion push.
The Women’s 2s scored for a second game running, but still ended on the losing side, being beaten 5-1 by City of Peterborough 3s.
Becky Churms scored for Saints converting brilliantly from a short corner.
The Men’s 3s worked really hard to secure their 3-3 draw against Cambridge Nomads 3s.
Paul Lawman, Anthony Holmes and Joe Phillips were on target for Saints.
The Men’s 4s also faced Cambridge Nomads, losing 3-0 to the 4s.
The Women’s 4s lost 2-1 against Wisbech Town 3s.
Wisbech scored twice before the break and despite Ali McMurray scoring for Saints, they were unable to find an equaliser.
